The Artists of Data Science

A growth and development podcast for data scientists

About the show

In his book Linchpin, Seth Godin says that "“Artists are people with a genius for finding a new answer, a new connection, or a new way of getting things done. That would be you.”

This is a podcast about data scientists, not so much about data science.

But more importantly, it's a podcast to help data scientists develop, grow, and flourish.

To help data scientists develop in their professional lives by talking to leaders about how to become leaders.

To help them in grow in their personal lives by talking to authors of books which are geared towards personal growth and development.

To help data scientists keep abreast of new happenings in the industry by interviewing authors of data science books.

To understand how data science affects industries by interviewing people in various domains and gaining their perspective on how our methods are helping or hurting.

To see the implications of ethics in our field, by interviewing philosophers and ethicists who write and speak on the intersection of AI, ML and ethics.

This is a podcast that will help break you, the data scientist, "out of the matrix”

Are you up for that?
